I had a little problem with my original birdie juice flask, which was no fault of the brand. I reached out the Birdie Girl and the owner replied with not only a replacement item but she sent it 2-day so that I would be able to bring along to present to my sister who lives in a golf community in Florida. Wife loves the look of the necklace and hat clip. Magnet is very strong and transitions well between the two depending on what she wants to wear that day. Will definitely buy more in the future!

First off, the cutest towel! The magnet is strong and I love the silicone cover. Very convenient item to have on the course.
I found the beads hard to move, which makes it difficult to use it.
I bought one for myself and one for my sister. We are both obsessed! Well made and LOVE the print. My sister club has those “fancy” carts with extra padded seats which are bigger than usual. The cover fits great despite it being a bigger seat.
